When the night is dark
And you return my soul
I am thankful to you
For making me whole
I am able to submit
With all humility to you
I praise your name
And your vanguards too
The disciple of him
And their successors too
During the day
I do have to pray
That I stay on the path
Of the righteous way
And if I err
You correct my sway
Because when the night comes .
Only you might grant me another day.
